Research On The Problem Of Capital Management In Construction Enterprises

Bureau X of CRCC is a construction premium business which has made brilliant achievements in the years of development.But because of the construction industry with a dispersed,long cycle of construction and extensive project management, etc, it have been mainly using a dispersive funds management mode which brings the disadvantages of low efficiency of management, the increase of financial costs and risk to the funds, to some extent has hindered the development of the group. Therefore, to improve financial management mode, strengthen financial management, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and lay a solid foundation of the group is a pressing matter for the long run.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the background, purpose and significance, domestic and international literature review and research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical framework part, which summarizes the elaboration of current enterprise fund management mode, analyzes the composing factors of fund management system, introduces the existing mode of capital management of enterprises in our country, and carries on the comparative analysis, in order to find out their advantages and disadvantages and provide a basis for the future of enterprise group capital management mode; The third chapter is the status quo of bureau X capital management which analyzes the subjective and objective reasons for the status of financial management; The fourth chapter is to construct suitable funds management model for Bureau X and elaborate the current fund management model and its existing problems, put forward the financial shared services model and conception of this mode, explain the main part of the financial information management system and control points of centralized management;The fifth chapter is about eight specific measures to ensure the effective implementation of capital management mode of Bureau X; The last capter, namely, the sixth chapter is the conclusion and summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of this paper.
