Currently,many documents in the form of paper documents exist,and save the inconvenience thesis documents,retrieval,statistical and modify this information into the computer at the same time is a very tedious and time-consuming thing.People have been manually entered using the keyboard,not only a great labor-while extremely easy due to the human error that caused the error.At higher real-time requirements of democratic evaluation assessment scene,more than the traditional way it is difficult to meet the corresponding requirements.This paper implements a democratic evaluation machine readable appraisal system,which can automatically,quickly and accurately handle these paper documents.First,it uses a computer automatically input method:Image-Based Optical Mark Recognition ORM(Optical Mark Recognition)method,the information input by optical methods into the computer system and the recognition process,the use of tilt correction and image segmentation techniques to reduce the quality of the paper requirements,improve the accuracy of recognition;then,by setting the required assessment template,which has been entered into the computer to identify the information in accordance with the established template evaluation score,and the result in a more intuitive way to visualize and presented to judges.The system greatly improves the speed of data collection,to facilitate computer storage,management and retrieval,while reducing the amount of investment in human resources and human error statistics,effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of democratic evaluation assessment.
