Design And Implementation Of Integrated Circuit Test System Based On LabVIEW

Integrated Circuit generally to go through the QC(quality control)of the sampling to the storage.For a long time,the company does not have a unified standard for the QC test system.Therefore,different IC need to build a different integrated circuit testing environment,time-consuming and laborious.If the QC Test board on more components,more buttons,many places also need manual connection,coupled with the testing of digital power supply,multimeter,Logic Analyzer and oscilloscope and other instruments,the test environment becomes more complex,the operation is more difficult.IC itself is relatively high integration,internal to test a lot of equipment modules,a module a test program,no automated testing,the results of the test efficiency is very low.In order to improve the testing efficiency of the QC test system,a software system based on LabVIEW is designed to realize the automation test of the QC test system on the basis of collecting test requirements and testing specifications.This system designs the test function module according to the common test content of the integrated circuit,the different integrated circuit can universal this test software simultaneously,uses the data acquisition card to create the virtual instrument or the programmable instrument replaces the manual operation function complex traditional instrument to collect and process the data,enhances the test accuracy and the test efficiency.This system is based on the LabVIEW software development platform of NI Company,which is based on data flow and can be run in parallel with multithreading.Graphics wiring mode Instead of text code to write programs,no programming foundation of the engineering staff through simple learning can quickly get started,and LabVIEW many VI functions directly with the underlying hardware,very suitable for the development of measurement and control software.The Integrated circuit test software system is a PC software,which is used to test Integrated Circuit,it realizes the control data acquisition card and the traditional instrument free combination to measure and collect.Using the bottom DAQMX Drive Library VI function and the instrument control Drive VI function,realizes to the integrated circuit to provide the work the voltage current,and realizes the test data collection and so on function.This paper first analyzes background of the project and do some research about integrated circuit testing software system,and then studies the key technology of project development,including virtual instrument technology,traditional instrument control technology and data acquisition technology.Then according to the software development process,the project needs analysis,including system function requirements analysis,use case model analysis and non-functional requirements analysis.On the basis of the project requirement analysis,the software system design,including the overall system design,system software design,data collection design and instrument control design.With the framework of system design,the system functions are realized with LabVIEW development platform,and the effect of function realization is realized Finally,after the system function is realized,the function software module is tested.The system solves the difficulties of the traditional QC test system testing integrated circuit,and makes the test efficiency low because of the complexity of the traditional instrument collection and so on.The Integrated circuit test software system realizes the measurement and collection of integrated circuit voltage,current and clock frequency,and the software automatically judges the test result according to the test data.And the data displayed on the computer,at a glance.The system drives the hardware output voltage to the integrated circuit,after the integrated circuit works normally,the system drives the data acquisition function to measure the integrated circuit parameter,this kind of interactive test method,has the important significance to the automatic test research.
