CH TV Company Based On MES System Production Process Optimization Research

In recent years,with the German industry 4.0 and China's wisdom factory 1.0 have been put forward,it has a considerable impact on the manufacturing industry,but also for the manufacturing industry to provide a direction.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's quality of life improved,the higher demand for home appliances.Personalized customization will become the Internet's most influential business model.However,the domestic personalized service there are still limiting factors,such as the provision of customized products,service providers temporarily difficult to adapt to the individual product customization,while custom prices tend to high-end consumer.With the rapid development of the Internet,Internet companies are also seen in the appliance industry business opportunities,the rapid completion of the layout,such as millet,music and so on.The influx of these Internet companies,the traditional home appliance manufacturing enterprises formed a greater impact,but also to the traditional home appliance manufacturing enterprises put forward higher requirements.TV production is a planned production,the production process put forward higher requirements.This project is based on Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES)to optimize the current production process of CH TV.At the beginning of the research,this paper expounds the basic aspects of the origin,main function,function and evolution of the MES system,and then analyzes and expounds the defects and future development prospects of the system.On the basis of the research on the current status of business process of CH TV company,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of raw material management,production layout and process flow.Based on the current characteristics and development of the mainstream TV assembly enterprises in their value creation process,coupled with the comparative analysis of raw material management,production scheduling management,production site management and quality management,the paper discusses the characteristics of raw material storage and transportation from raw material storage and transportation Way,workshop layout,production management and other aspects of such enterprises for the production process optimization program.Using simulation software to optimize the job after the determination and working hours analysis.And then the comparative analysis of the results of optimization,proposed from the leadership and staff support and implementation,to strengthen the skills of staff training,the establishment of leading group supervision of the safeguards,speed up the implementation of the production process optimization,complete the company transformation program.Finally,the paper summarizes the work of the whole paper and prospects the future research.
