Design And Implementation Of Liquid Level Microcontroller For Fire Fighting Reservoir

Liquid level detection and control is an important part of industrial production,and its measurement and control effects will affect the product's production process and production quality.Based on the detection and control of the liquid level of the highway tunnel reservoir,this paper designs a liquid level control system with high efficiency and high cost performance.This system can solve the fire water problem in the project and has certain practical value.The paper designs a fire tank level controller system using fire detection and conversion technology,microcontroller technology and DC motor control technology.The system uses the STC89C52 microcontroller as the main controller,the MPS20N0020D-S hydraulic sensor as the liquid level detection sensor,and the AD623 instrument-specific amplifier and the ADC0804 as the liquid level signal conversion unit.In addition,the system also includes a key input unit,LCD12864 display unit and buzzer alarm unit.The key input unit is used for setting the target water level.The liquid level detection sensor is responsible for collecting the liquid level height.The liquid level signal conversion unit is responsible for converting the collected liquid level height to an electric signal that the main controller can recognize.The master controller is responsible for controlling the height of the liquid level and processing other data.The LCD12864 display unit is used to display the status information of the liquid level.The buzzer alarm unit can alarm the danger information.After theoretical research and system debugging,the firefighting tank liquid level controller system designed by this paper realizes the function of setting,detecting,controlling and displaying the height of the liquid level,and the system can alarm in the dangerous state to meet the design requirements.Firefighting tank liquid level controller system designed by the paper has the characteristics of stability,reliability and convenient operation.After comprehensive debugging,the fire tank level controller achieves the goal of mitigating the disaster and reducing the loss of fire,providing a reference for further study of the liquid level control of the fire tank.
