With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production,liquid level detection technology has been widely used in petroleum processing,pharmaceutical production,chemical smelting,food processing and other industries.With the continuous progress of science and technology and society,liquid level measurement technology will have more important applications.In recent years,through some intuitive measurement methods encountered in practical work,I have a profound understanding and experience of single-chip liquid level measurement system.At the same time,there are also some limitations and shortcomings in the traditional liquid level measurement mode.The traditional liquid level measurement control accuracy is not high,response is not sensitive,lack of dynamic real-time monitoring and measurement,and for a closed self-control system,lack of information exchange with the outside world.To solve these problems,through optimizing the design of single-chip liquid level control system,the above problems can be solved.The system described in this paper has the functions of real-time measurement,wireless Bluetooth monitoring of liquid level and real-time display of data on the mobile client.It can start or stop pumping water supply or work according to the difference between real-time water level and set high and low liquid level parameters.The main innovation point is how to embody "intelligence".It is to use smart phone and Bluetooth module(HC-O8)to realize wireless liquid level measurement,improve traditional liquid level measurement technology,and realize the measurement effect of corrosive liquid or corrosive environment on data transmission wire in chemical plant through Bluetooth wireless transmission function,and further protect the safety of operators.Full,the measurement part and the control display part are completely separated.Operators can real-time monitor the liquid level and motor operation within 80 meters by smart phone or tablet computer to achieve human-computer interaction.An open-loop liquid level measurement system is formed by Bluetooth module,mobile APP,the basic principle and method of ultrasonic ranging,the control method of single-chip computer to valves,the overall scheme design of monitoring system,hardware design,software flow,etc.After the design is completed,a set of wireless ultrasonic liquid level measurement system can be used.The measurement range and accuracy can meet theneeds of general industrial applications and can be applied in the life or industrial production of wireless liquid level monitoring system.Through the whole process of design,we can use the knowledge of APP,MCU,electronic circuit,Bluetooth and programming comprehensively,exercise and improve the practical ability and the ability to participate in scientific research.
