With the rapid development of electronic information technology,integrated circuits in the field of aerospace has made an increasingly wide range of applications.In the aerospace environment,a variety of radiation effects influence the performance of components,and make great harm to the long-term reliability of electronic equipment.Therefore,the development of anti-radiation components of space technology development has a crucial role.As China's research on anti-radiation reinforcement integrated circuit design technology is short,the relevant technology and product lines have a greater gap compared with foreign countries.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the anti-radiation reinforcement design technology of integrated circuit and achieve the controllability of the key components technology of aerospace.In addition,the digital logic function circuit and high-performance analog unit can be integrated in the anti-radiation reinforcement digital-analog hybrid application specific integrated circuit.This method can effectively reduce the system power consumption and area,and has great application value.In order to solve the above problems and adapt to the system development requirements,this paper deeply studies the influence of the aerospace environment on the performance parameters of the integrated circuit devices and the corresponding reinforcement measures.In this paper,the development process of a digital-to-analog hybrid integrated circuit for radiation protection is described in detail.The miniaturized design,low power and anti-radiation reinforcement of the circuit is studied.The main contents are:1.Aiming at the function,area and power demand of the system,this paper studies the miniaturization and low power design method of digital-analog hybrid integrated circuit,and proposes a method of integrating digital logic function unit,multi-channel ADC and multi-channel RS-422 interface circuit in a integration circuit.In the circuit design process,optimize the performance parameters,power consumption and area of each unit will be optimiazed.In the layout design process,the digital/analog power/ground will be isolated and the isolation ring will added to suppress the digital-analog circuit crosstalk.The circuit will be in one appropriate shell to ensure that the overall product performance parameters,power consumption,area to meet the system needs.2.By studying the effect of space radiation on the integrated circuit devices in the aerospace environment,the reinforcement measures corresponding to the ionizing radiation effect and the single event effect are applied in the design of this circuit to avoid the effects of various radiation effects on the performance or function of the circuit.The circuit can work properly in the aerospace environment.3.This paper studies the anti-radiation digital cell library design technology,so that the anti-radiation reinforcement digital circuit and layout can be automatically generated by EDA software to solve the problem that the traditional anti-radiation reinforcement design method of digital circuit is inefficient and effectively improve the reliability and environment adaptability of the device.4.The result of the test proves that the function and parameters of the circuit meet the design input requirements,the TID capacity is 100krad(Si),the SEL capability is75MeV.cm~2/mg,and the SEU capability is 37MeV.cm~2/mg.
