Electronic products, miniaturization in the field of electronic communications,micro-organisms, laptop computers and medical and portable, making through the useof low-voltage, low-power chip design has become the current market trends,operational amplifiers, as analog circuits and digital mixed-signal circuit the basis oflow-voltage, low-power design has a wide range of applications, while improving theperformance of the opamp can improve the performance of the entire circuit system.Therefore, the use of low-voltage, low power COMS opamp design is the research focus.At home and abroad low voltage, low-power operational amplifier circuit research andanalysis, learn from IC design, low voltage, low power technology and advancedmethods, completed based on0.18um technology low voltage, low power consumptionCMOS operational amplifier simulation design. Component unit of the opamp input andoutput of the op amp and reference circuit simulation debugging, and design layout. Itsmain technical indicators, voltage1.5V, power consumption28.85μW, the layout area is0.0016mm2.
