Design And Implementation Of Budget Management System Of The Bank Of Tianjin Agriculture And Commerce

Information technology represented by computer technology science has become the main driving force to promote the development of modern industry.It greatly enhanced the production efficiency of each industry,all kinds of financial budget management system based on computer technology has become a necessity of budget management bank tools.This reduces the work intensity of the financial personnel to a large extent,improves the work efficiency,and also provide great convenience for the management of the bank.It has become an important means for banks to design and implement the budget management system according to their own needs.Firstly this paper has researched the status of budget management of the Tianjin Agricultural Commercial Bank,fully understand the problems and defects existing in the current budget management system.On the basis of customer's detailed requirements,the budget management system is designed.The system can be divided into six parts from the angle of functions: infrastructure setting,budgeting making,budget execution,budget adjustment,budget analysis and performance evaluation.In order to descript the system design more accurate,this paper uses the unified modeling language for system modeling from the perspective of the overall system and each module,including the system flow chart,database entity relationship diagram.Thus the function of the system is accurately described.On the basis of those,the design is realized with Java computer language and Oracle database technology based on B/S framework.In order to guarantee the implementation of the budget management system can meet the needs of users,this project also use black box testing of software test technology,and design a large number of test cases.The comprehensive system's testing is designed from the unit to the overall size.The problems found during the test is analyzed from the code level,amended,and ongoing recursion test,to ensure the realization of the system function to get the correct and meet the users all the functional and non-functional requirements.The system can run stably,efficiently and safely.These works has laid a solid foundation for information construction of Tianjin Agricultural Commercial Bank.
