The Design And Implementation Of Project Budget Management System For Tianjin Sea Creates Project Management Company

Basic setting includes budgetary resources maintenance and standard list maintenance. Budget standard includes comprehensive market base price maintenance, four charges’ maintenance of the project manager and budget quota database maintenance and the maintenance of budget shared library. Budget settings includes benchmark project’s maintenance and resource prices database maintenance. After-bid budget includes a correlation between a list of items and standard lists, maintenance of after-bid budget budgeting and after-bid project budget resources.Construction budget includes a correlation between a list of items and standard lists, maintenance of construction budget budgeting and construction project budget resources. Budget report includes budget inquiries, stocker’s price table, after-bid budget standing book, analysis of four expenses’ ratio, comparison of after-bid price and the construction budget price.With the help of information management tools, it will effectively improve the accuracy of Tianjin project management company Haichuang project’s estimates, using project budget management system which also helps project budget management provide information management, improving management efficiency of project budget management.
