The Design And Realization Of The Overall Budget Management System For Mobile Communications Company

Once we have a good plan for our every work, and can put the right resource in the right place, then we can finally make a success.Many enterpsises indoors and outdoors reagard total budget management as a very important tool for company management and Performance accessing. But not all the enterprises can make a good effort in budget management processes. Regarding the processes as difficult, ineffective and tortuous work, many companies have abandoned their attempts in budget management work. SH mobile communication co. is now in the same situation. They are facing with many difficulties in budget management work, like a very long life cycle, inaccuracy in data and lack of good method in budget controlling and analysis.In order to resolve all the problems above, we designed and developed a total budget management system (TBM) for the company. This information based system is build to help to attain their desired goal and annual income. The main work of this system is to capture and track the daily or monthly budget data of the enterprise during the whole management process. It attempts to make a certain connection between business and financial data. And finally, we can always make a good plan before the work of the next year; have a good control while work going on and perform a effective analysis after all the work is done.In comparison with the excel and other existing traditional budget management tools, The Total Budget Mangement System in this paper provided a platform for data sharing and improved the communicationg among people the unit. It provided an automatic data collecting and caculating process to help people manage a great mount of budget data. It also inproved the integration of the enterprise business information and supplied the requirement from guest very well.Knowing from existing budget management system and tools, TBM system was designed and builded based on the specific analysis of the requirement of mobile communication enterprise. Its budget management ideas was more adaptive for Chinese enterprise's management culture and and principle. And it's very accordant to the characteristics of mobile communication business. After tackled many key problems, we accomplished the function of distribution of budget sheets, with it, all units could build their own budget systems.
