The Design And Implementation Of Budget Management For Enterprises Based On SAP BPM Workflow

The system described by this article takes a large-scale enterprise as the background.The original budget management system of the enterprise is not integrated with the existing SAP ERP system,and the budget management work cannot be performed in the original system.Since the budget management work involves all departments of the company,it covers a wide range and many participants.Without system support,annual budget management work is difficult to accomplish within the time required by the company's budget management system.Therefore,the company needs to develop a budget management system in the BPM system to implement annual budget management function urgently to further improve the efficiency and accuracy of the company's budget management.This article describes the development process of integrating related operations of budget management into the modeling tool of the SAP BPM business process in the company's existing SAP ERP system,streamlining the budgeting process,accurately controlling budget execution,and showing real-time analysis reports on website.In the first place,based on the problems faced by the development,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.It is determined that the system needs a unified workflow architecture.The business processes required for budget management are analyzed in detail,including annual budget reporting of each department and centralized approval of annual budget business by specified departments,annual budget office approval,expense reimbursement and other processes.The contents of the unified workflow architecture are determined,and the reasons for the need to modify and supplement the function of the original platform are analyzed.Java's reflection mechanism is used for the implementation of the design ideas of the architecture.And the design architecture of the entire system is described.Finally,the system design and implementation and testing process are described.Technically,an SAP BPM enterprise budget management system based on the Java reflection mechanism is designed in detail,including functions such as temporary saving,submitting application,canceling application,dismissing application,and getting approval.RFC is used to realize separation of business logic in the platform and SAP ECC.On the business,the processes involved in the budget preparation,budget execution,and report analysis are detailedly designed,and the work flow among the company's departments,centralized offices,and budget offices during the budget preparation phase is described in detail.In summary,with the help of the SAP BPM business process modeling tool,a unified workflow architecture has been developed and a workflow-based budget management system has been implemented.The application of the system improves the work efficiency of budget management,standardizes the budget management process,and improves the company's fine management to a new level.
