Nowadays,with the fast development of internet,how to improve the quality and efficiency of management under the help of computers has become an essential problem for the decision makers.As an important department for personnel management,the human resource(HR)department is not only a supporter of business strategy for the enterprises but also an indispensible partner of other business departments.Through researches,it is found that the personnel management in many colleges still rely on traditional software tools like MS Word,Excel,WPS.However,this management only focuses on recording instead of sharing relevant data.Therefore,due to separating department data,low operation efficiency even a great consumption of both labor and material,this type of management fails to meet the current needs of data sharing in such an internet era.This also results in various problems such as dissatisfaction of department leaders,being unable to improve the management quality,easy data loss and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a human resource management system catering for vocational colleges.The research and implementation of personnel management in Chongqing Creation Vocational College aim at college personnel management as well as improving both the management quality and efficiency.With the careful demonstration from the Personnel Department and other relevant departments,the system has clearly defined the operation process,analyzed the data flow chart,carried out the subdivision of the data flow chart,and then made clear the main functions and performance of the system.This system contains modules of new staff entry processing,contracts management,housing arrangement,personnel files,salary files,insurance management,reward and punishment management,attendance management,professional title management,post transfer,departure processing and so on.Finally,the system is designed and implemented with multiple functions,friendly interface and easy maintainability.This system,whose data can be shared with other departments,is mainly used by the HR departments.All authorized department leaders can search,update and share data while staff can seek and modify personal information at any time.To achieve the expected of management,this system is developed by B/S structure,and programmed by C# andASP.NET.Its foreground is against integrated developmentenvironment Visual Studio.NET 2015 while background SQL Server 2012 database.This system has met the requirements of both the function and performance,facilitated the management of personnel work in various departments,and reduced the errors and redundancy.This personnel management system can greatly improve the efficiency of management,make management more standardized,scientific even intelligent,and provide a strong guarantee for the further development of this college.
