With the rapid development of computer and software technology,all aspects of people's life gradually go to the era of information.All walks of life began to adopt a systematic approach to manage their own business.Yinan county unit has many problems in personnel management.The personnel management process involves a lot of personnel information and job information.Because of lacking of systematic information management,there exists many problems,such as information disclosure,data confusion and calculation error.In addition,with the amount of business processing increasing,the original system is difficult to meet the emerging business needs.The system is difficult to deal with some unexpected situations.These problems seriously affect the overall efficiency of the unit.So it is time to design and implement a perfect personnel management system.Yinan County business process unit personnel management system used JAVA language to develop the system.The system is divided into client and server according to the B/S system architecture.We divide the function module of the system according to the MVC design pattern.This form reduced the coupling between system modules.At the same time,the system uses Struts,Spring,Hibernate framework to manage the various levels of the system.The system uses AOP and IoC technology to reduce the difficulty of system development and improve the efficiency of system development.The system uses SQL Server 2014 database to storage the database.Yinan County business process unit personnel management system includes personnel initialization management,post setting scheme changing management,post adjustment employing management,new staff recruitment management,personnel reduce record management,information changing management and new hiring contract management.The personnel initialization management includes the initialize business initiation,initialization business reporting and initialization business audit.The post setting scheme changing management includes post planning,post changing audit,post change review and file management.The personnel reduce record management includes personnel management and business management.The information changing management includes personnel management,business audit and business approval.Among them,the personnel management includes information changing,basic information inputting,business choosing.The business audit includes the business submission and forwarding service.The business approval includes personnel information changing,audit business changing and business file.On the one hand,the system can improve the efficiency and the comprehensive competitiveness of the unit,on the other hand,the system uses advanced technologies and ideas and adopts the design way of process oriented to develop the system.The system makes up the lack of domestic research.
