This thesis studies the development of human resource management system and its application in reality.The actual situation and needs of the mobile company's Sichuan branch follow the principles of safe and reliable design,applying mainstream technologies,and systematically researching the mobile company's personnel wage management system.And functional implementation,the main research content is the following aspects:First,the thesis conducted a survey on the actual personnel management of the mobile company Sichuan Branch to understand the company's most direct and most pressing needs.Combining with the actual situation of the mobile company Sichuan branch,the system requirements of the mobile company personnel salary management system are studied and elaborated.In accordance with the system requirements,the required functional modules of the system are summarized,and the various functional modules are analyzed and introduced.In order to ensure that the system can operate safely and stably,the principles that the system design needs to uphold aresummarized.Then,for each functional module,the specific functions to be implemented are analyzed,and the functional module diagram is drawn.Second,the dissertation combines the company's needs with the actual situation of the mobile company and conducts an overall analysis and design of the system.Established a system framework,completed the division and design of system function modules,and designed for the small functional modules under each module.The main system modules include: query retrieval module,salary management module,learning exchange module,personnel management module and system management module.After completing the design of all functional modules,the design of the database and the establishment of the data tables are completed for the data information used in the system.Third,The dissertation carries out the concrete function realization and performance test of the mobile company personnel management system.Under the guidance of the principles of security and reliability,the preparation of system software code was completed.According to the nature of the software code and the actual situation of the mobile company,build a hardware platform and place the system on the hardware platform.For system software and hardware functional services,test each functional module of the system software and calculate the response time of the system to the user operation.Test the system hardware to examine the system hardware's ability to multiuser and multi-thread operations.After several rounds of testing,according to the test results,the system was targeted for improvement.Fourth,the thesis summarizes the whole system design and preparation process,expounds the defects and deficiencies in the system,and gives the ideas for improvement.
