With the rapid proliferation of new generation information technology and the upgrade of consumer demand,the functional requirements of products have become increasingly diversified and uncertain.The traditional software development methods represented by the waterfall model have been unable to quickly adapt to the renewal rhythm of products.As technology is updated and user needs tend to be diversified,agile development gradually replaces traditional development as a new product development method that can quickly respond to the functional requirements of user products.It is not only widely used in the software industry,but also gradually spread to other industries.The main feature of agile development is that the software development process emphasizes people's initiative.The agile development team is a form of self-organizing and cross-functional new team cooperation.It advocates self-organization and self-management.Therefore,the quality of the team's cooperation is an important factor that affects the performance of the agile team.However,how the team's daily work process affects the team's performance has not been fully studied.Especially the research on domestic small and medium-sized companies in agile software development team cooperation is minimal.After the introduction of agile development by H company,the quality and performance of collaborative communication in teamwork have improved,but due to the short time running of agile development in the company,it is currently in an exploratory stage.Therefore,a series of problems have also been encountered during the implementation of agile development.Therefore,this paper conducts an empirical research on an agile development team with more than 300 people in H company.The research conclusions have certain theoretical and practical guidance values.This article quotes the H company's agile development practice case,and gives a brief introduction to H company and its software R&D center,summarizes the reasons for the company's implementation of agile development,implementation process of agile development,implementation effect and problems encountered in the implementation process.In this article,we have discovered the importance of teamwork through some of the practical activities of H company's agile development.After reading the related literatures of agile development,teamwork and team performance,we send the questionnaire to H company's product line staff through field research and interviews,and refined the factors and agile development that affect the quality of team cooperation in H company agile development Performance measurement,leader behavior as a regulatory variable,using SPSS 19.0 on the relationship between teamwork quality and team performance regression points,and finally verify the research hypothesis.According to the problems encountered by H company in agile implementation process and the result of empirical analysis,we give some suggestions to H company.
