Research On Application Of Agile Management In Software Development

In recent years, as Chinese electricity consumption increased year by year, the electricity supply gap presented expand. According to statistics, while electricity demand continues to expand, on the other hand the serious waste of electricity exists. Long light phenomenon is widespread, and the irrational use of air conditioning and idle equipment unreasonable extra electricity is existing, etc., which have brought on a serious waste of electricity.As wireless sensor networks, networking, cloud computing, collaborative processing technologies develop, electricity saving program also continues to develop. In order to cope with dramatic changes in technology updates, product development cycle should be as short as possible, face up to these changes. The dramatic change is the "agility".This paper is based on the practice of intelligent office building energy management system, from the introduction of agile management features starting with traditional software project management, comparing with the study how the introduction of agile methods in traditional software project management. And it is also combined with specific practical cases from product design management two levels of management and product development to study agile and traditional integration.Through the actual user case, prototype design requirements gathering and product design, available software will be delivered as project milestones, the use of propaganda and demand needs to clarify the way "defect prevention", in-depth study and discussion from both theoretical and practical aspects of, compared to traditional project management and agile methods to analyze the actual software development agile project management feasibility, effectiveness, advantages and disadvantages, and suggest improvements. At last it concludes a new suit of software development project management processes and methods for agile development.
