Active phased array radar has been widely used in our country's economic construction and national defense construction, and has applied the most advanced electronic science and technology and information technology in phased array radar system.T/R component is the core component of active phased array radar, its performance directly affects the performance and cost of phased array radar,so the T/R component plays an irreplaceable role in active phased array radar. The T/R component has been developed into a monolithic phase through a hybrid microwave integrated circuit and a monolithic microwave integrated circuit.Smaller volumes and smaller energy consumption greatly reduce costs and improve performance, but it makes T/R components less capable of resisting high power microwave interference. The advances in high power microwave technology have led to the development of many new electronic weapons, which make electronic systems such as phased array radar systems face more complex electromagnetic environments. The ability of high power microwaves to enter and interact with electronic systems has an impact on the performance of electronic systems or devices. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to study the nonlinear effect of high power microwave on phased array radar T/R components,to explore the effect mechanism of high power microwave on phased array radar T\/R components, and to obtain the effect threshold. In this paper, the nonlinear effects of active phased array radar T/R components and high power microwave are studied theoretically. In the theoretical research, the technical points and technical indexes of the T/R component are clarified, and the principle and technical index of the amplifier and the phase shifter in the T/R component are studied deeply, and the nonlinear compression effect and the effect principle of the non-linear damage effect are studied. On the basis of theoretical research, the method of injection experiment is adopted,The high power microwave effect of the T/R module of Ka-band phased array radar and the amplitude-phase control chip is studied. This paper studies the performance Index of the Ka-band phased array radar T/R module and the amplitude-phase control chip, and designs the test fixture, assembles the chip and builds a high power microwave effect experimental platform. On the basis of this,on the one hand, the nonlinear squeezing effect of high power microwave on the transceiver chip is studied, and the gain compression curve of the transceiver chip is obtained, and the failure threshold value of the transceiver chip under high power microwave is obtained. On the other hand, the nonlinear damage effect of high power pulse wave on the T/R module of Ka-band phased array radar and the amplitude-phase control chip is studied.By observing the change of the index of the chip after high power pulse injection, the characteristics of the degradation of the chip performance and the damage threshold were studied. The damage mechanism of the transceiver chip and the amplitude-phase control chip under high power Microwave is analyzed according to the experimental phenomena and the chip burning point.
