With the release of 5G technology standards,5G networks are expected to achieve commercial deployment by 2020.The huge bandwidth demand and numerous service types bring unprecedented pressure to the underlying bearer network.The primary problem of the underlying bearer network is to continuously increase the network capacity to meet the rapidly increasing bandwidth requirements of the upper layer network.Compared with the binary on-off keying,the optical signal of the high-order modulation format can meet the bandwidth requirement of the underlying bearer network,but the increase of the modulation format will result in the anti-interference ability of the signal.At the same time,the nonlinear effect noise generated by the optical signal in the optical fiber transmission will interfere with the transmission of the signalsion of the signal.Research on signal regeneration in high-order modulation formats can improve the quality of optical signals during transmission.The main work and research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,all-optical signal processing and the signal processing of photoelectric optical conversion are discussed.The all-optical signal processing method is more suitable for ultra-high speed networks than the photoelectric optical conversion method.The regeneration of high-order modulation format optical signals based on phase sensitive amplifier(PSA phase sensitive amplifier)in all-optical signal processing is investigated,and the problems in realizing amplitude-phase regeneration with PSA are discussed.Secondly,the influence of nonlinear effects on the signal is discussed.The effects of various nonlinear effects are accompanied by the process of amplitude and phase regeneration of the signal by PSA.The theoretical analysis and simulation of the influence of nonlinear effects on signal amplitude and phase are given,and the scheme to eliminate the influence of nonlinear effect noise on the signal is given.Thirdly,the structure of MPSK signal amplitude phase regeneration is designed.The problem of low-order harmonics and nonlinear effects elimination in the amplitude and phase regeneration of MPSK signals is discussed.The double-pump conjugate method is used to solve the problem of low-or-der harmonic generation,and the elimination scheme and theoretical analysis are given for the nonlinear effect noise generated in the multi-stage nonlinear effect process.Finally,the simulation analysis and optimization of amplitude and phase regeneration of QPSK signal are carried out.The stages of the regeneration system were analyzed by means of constellation diagram and error statistical analysis.The bit error rate and EVM have been significantly improved after different noises enter the system.At the same time,the QPSK regeneration system is optimized by controlling the gain axis and signal power of the phase regeneration phase.
