Amorphous silicon anti-fuse chip is a kind of one-time-programmable device.It needs programming before use.For the novel amorphous silicon anti-fuse programmable device independently designed by the laboratory,there is no programming system on the market to provide corresponding functions.Based on this situation,this thesis designed a programming system devoting to the use and development of the novel amorphous silicon anti-fuse programmable device.This thesis analyzed the structure and programming procedure of the amorphous silicon anti-fuse chip and timing sequence during initialization,reading,and programming.The design requirements of the programming system pointed out that the programming system should have four functions consisting of communication with the outside world,chip programming,chip verification,and display of the working state.an overall design scheme is put forward according to the design requirements.The design contains three parts,including communication protocol design,hardware design,and software design.The communication protocol design selected serial port as the data exchange tool,and defined five communication protocols: initialization protocol,empty-check protocol,arbitrary read protocol,programming protocol,check protocol.The hardware design scheme designed the power system,the core system,the adapter system.The power system provides the necessary voltage levels.The core system contains the MCU,the communication circuit,the indicating circuit,the programming circuit,the voltage level conversion circuit.The adaptor system provides corresponding sockets for different packaged chips.The software design includes driver program,communication program,command execution program.The programming system was made after demand analysis,chip selection,circuit design,schematic drawing,PCB soldering,package encapsulation,program download,software and hardware debugging.Using this system to program the amorphous silicon anti-fuse chip,the verification results show that the programming system is stable and reliable,and the programmed amorphous silicon anti-fuse chip satisfies the application requirements.
