Optical glass is an important optical material for manufacturing optical components,and its quality directly determines the quality of optical components.In the process of optical glass production,the temperature has a great influence on the quality of optical glass,annealing process temperature stability accuracy of anneal furnace,annealing furnace temperature to a certain demand for rapid temperature rise,annealing furnace temperature to a certain demand for rapid cooling has a relatively stringent requirements.The precision annealing of optical glass can eliminate the internal stress of optical glass and improve the refractive index of optical glass,so as to facilitate the processing of optical glass to meet the design requirements.How to ensure the accuracy of temperature control of glass annealing furnace is of great practical significance for producing high quality optical glass materials.In this context,this paper focuses on the optical glass annealing furnace temperature control,some research and discussion.In order to guarantee the uniformity of temperature inside the annealing furnace,the 40-way heating element is used to heat the precision annealing furnace.Using thermocouples as temperature sensors to measure the temperature in the annealing furnace,at the same time,according to the control requirements of the glass precision annealing process,the IPC is used as the controller to run the control program to generate the PWM wave to drive the heating element and to control the heating element so as to achieve the temperature control of the annealing furnace,so that it reaches the control temperature precision at 1 ?.The principle of conventional analog PID,digital PID and Fuzzy Adaptive controller is introduced.MATLAB simulation is used to compare the response of the general PID controller and Fuzzy Adaptive controller under step input and system parameter change.According to the simulation results,the fuzzy Adaptive controller is superior to the ordinary PID controller in the control aspect,which mainly manifests the fast response and the effective accurate control when the parameter changes,and reduces the reaction time of the control system.The temperature overshoot of fuzzy adaptive controller is also better than that of ordinary PID control.Finally,the monitoring control software is designed,which can realize the functions of system self-test,process curve input,temperature record,history curve,parameter setting,Over-temperature alarming and so on.The temperature alarming circuit,temperature detecting circuit and temperature control circuit are designed.The remote warning and control of the optical glass precision annealing furnace composed of PLC,SCR and electric heating elements are realized.
