Fuzzy Neural Network In The Glass Annealing Temperature Control

Annealer is an important part in the process of glass production, stabilization of annealer temperature will directly affect the quality and the finish rate of glass. The characteristic of artificial neural networks and fuzzy control technique in intelligent control has been deeply discussed in this dissertation. In this paper, a kind of new controller-fuzzy neural networks controller-has been designed by combining the virtue of this two techniques. This controller is applied in glass annealer furnace and realizes accurate control of the annealer temperature. At last, simulation is done with Matlab and the result is satisfying, hi order to supervise the whole productive process of the glass furnace and improve the roboticized level, we apply the CAN bus structure and the configuration software-kingview 5.1 and design the annealer furnace monitoring system.
