The control system of minting annealing furnace is analyzed and designed in this paper under the background of Minting Copper alloy annealing furnace of Shenyang Mint.The heat treatment of annealing is the key process for the products production and metal machining, normally. The afterwards minting process is influenced by the performance parameter of cold and heat machining particularly for the special minting material. Therefore, the annealing process of the minting blanks is the significant process in the minting copper alloy production enterprise. The related issues to PLC control system of mint annealing furnace is further researched in the thesis and the main contributions are as follows.The temperature control curve is designed based on the analysis and study of annealing furnace working principle and copper alloy characteristic. The detailed annealing process of minting is to load the minting copper alloy strips or blanks in the protective atmosphere, heating (700~950℃), soaping and cooling. Because the being heated copper alloy products are in the protective atmosphere, not only the high requirement of temperature control precision but also the safety problem during production is especially important. Accordingly, the control system and control software should be designed with high requirement.The total configuration of PLC control system of annealing furnace is designed in the thesis and the main models and electrical principle are introduced. Eight main monitoring menus are designed through the developing and researching on master computer program by the software WinCC, which can display the parameters and working situation of annealing furnace. At the time of designing the control software of slave computer, the temperature fuzzy controller for annealing furnace is also studied. After analyzing the general theory of the fuzzy control, the fuzzy rule and its control watch and the process of anti-faintnesses has been builded up.The communication is also the key study of this thesis. The network communication structure of annealing furnace control system is designed and detailed analyzed. Hybrid network structure based on Ethernet and PROFIBUS is designed, which makes full use of advantages of hybrid technology network and achieves better communication effect. At last, the conclusions are drawn, and the further research directions are presented.
