Design And Implementation Of Postal Security Management System With Video Surveillance Technology As Its Core

With the rapid development of online shopping in recent years,the express delivery industry has also achieved rapid development.In recent years,there have been many express security accidents in Guangxi,which have endangered the safety of citizens and the country's security,and have aroused great attention and attention from the national level.Since 2017,the country has carried out large-scale logistics inspection and rectification activities.Due to the large amount of express delivery,the wide area involved,and the uneven quality of employees,the use of information technology to manage the delivery and delivery logistics industry has become an era trend.Since 2009,the State Post Bureau has initiated the construction of the postal industry safety supervision information system project,which has initially achieved the functions of industrial operation monitoring,safety early warning,express mail inquiry,and key express mail monitoring,but it has not solved video surveillance problems.Sichuan Province has established a "postal industry safety supervision and information platform",using information technology such as video surveillance,GIS systems,and BI intelligent analysis to realize comprehensive monitoring of receipts and dispatches,personnel,outlets,and venues.It is a good exploration..Inspired by this,this article focuses on the application of video surveillance technology in postal security monitoring in Chengdu.This paper takes Chengdu as a research point,through the video surveillance technology and a complete set of business processes,to assist the delivery of logistics safety management by means of information.Mainly realized the video real-time monitoring,analysis and analysis,express delivery management,GIS geographic information system and other core functions.Through the means of information,we have ensured the security management of the postal delivery logistics.
