Design And Implementation Of Anji County, The City Public Security Management In The Video Surveillance System

With the development of computer hardware,codec and network technology, urban surveillance system has experienced three high speed steps , and now the surveillance system is going from simulation image towards to digital, intelligent, network and IP-based direction. At the same time combined with other technologies, video surveillance system create many new applications which play an important role in the urban safety system. As an important aspect of the security, its function and effect has attracted more and more attention. Though a great progress have been made in many aspects in city management up to now, comments and discussions of different mode in realistic integrated application are few.The goal of this thesis focuses on the communication and unified management among different mode and network.Through the research on the effect of video surveillance in city safety management system,and the mode and the characteristics of construction of video surveillance system, main composition, functions and the selection of its main equipment,and also relying on the necessity of video surveillance system in safety management, consider the key technologies in the construction which includes the unity of analog and digital platform, network platform,we present a viable technical solution which analyzes and discusses the development of technologies in different network structure like the access interface standardization of network digital surveillance equipment, the integration of GIS, GPS, the implementation through digital matrix technology and other technologies.The thesis also has a certain operational and practical reference value to make efforts to solve the problem of sharing the video surveillance platform for all the users and different environment.The thesis elaborate in all aspects of the design method of digital video surveillance,put forward problem design of analog video surveillance,digital video surveillance and other video surveillance sources and the mobile wireless video surveillance, discuss the feasibility of the access of the unified video surveillance system to a unified multi-mode in urban security management and test in detail, illustrate the actual effect and the development of video surveillance in urban security management system accorging to the feature of video surveillance of urban security management system in Anji.
