Research On The Conformity Of Video Surveillant Resource Based On Urban Public Security And Research On Critical Thchnology Relevant To Video Surveillance

With Austria sail match in 2008 is coming,the problem of urban public security is emerging,more and more places are needing video surveillance in which there will be many encoders with different model and from different factories.so the project of Qingdao urban public security puts forward the demand of the conformity of video surveillant resource and the demand of the research of critical technology relevant to video surveillance.First,this research analyzes the status of video surveillant resource in QingDao before conformity and the trend of the development of video surveillance all over the world,then puts forward solution according to the digital video resource platform.The relevant researches include:1.system structure and syntax of mpeg4 standard, analyzes shape coding and movement prediction in-depth,does experiment on the performance improving of the movement prediction algorithm using genetic algorithm and Simulated Annealing Algorithm;describes characteristic of H.264;2.in the project of CNGI Public Security Emergency command system's experimental application and demonstration,doing research in the experimental environment of Ipv6/ipv4 protocol compatibility,such as the development of Ipv4/Ipv6 double protocol stack proxy server;research on wireless mobile video transmission based on Ipv6/H.264;video surveillance system software of society public security supporting Ipv6/H.264;demonstration solution of network video based on Ipv6/H.264.Second,doing research on the critical technology in video surveillance system,including:first,research on intelligent video tracking based on Single Chip Micyoco,in this research,putting forward algorithm of video tracking,analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the system and putting forward the method of improving the performance of the system using DM6437 of TI;second,the research and application of dm355EVM of TI.
