With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards,video surveillance which has the characteristics of intuitive information,real-time,rich and so on is now widely used in intelligent security.With the advent of the4 G era,wireless data transmission broadband has been fully developed,and has brought new opportunities of rapid development for the mobile video surveillance system,especially favored by smart home and high-end security.Limited by the time and space,traditional video monitoring system is unable to satisfy the using for mobility and real-time demand.Based on this,The company has developed a mobile video surveillance system based on Android,which realizes the video monitoring on Android mobile phone.However,the mobile video surveillance system has the disadvantages of support for less video signal,screen display poor picture quality,client resource takes more,and low decoding efficiency and other problems,mainly reflected in the server and the client.Therefore,the company proposed the requirement to optimize the system.This project is based on the background of intelligent mobile phone video surveillance project of Chinese Electronics Technology Group thirtieth Research Institute,focusing on research and design of mobile video surveillance system server and the mobile client,and gives the optimization improvement scheme of mobile video surveillance system based on Android.In this paper,the C/S model is used to optimize the design and research scheme,Through research and analysis,this paper firstly presents a cluster based on the streaming media server architecture,which improves the service ability of the system,and solves the problem of multi-user concurrent access to a large extent;Secondly,this paper optimizes the real time streaming protocol Baotou of streaming media server,and gives the encapsulation method of real-time streaming protocol after the corresponding optimization,which improves the transmission delay of the data packet,the bit error rate and packet loss rate,and provides better service quality and better ensure the real-time and stability of video surveillance for users;Finally,considering the support of Android platform for video decoding and the portability of video surveillance system in the future,this paper optimizes and transplants the FFMPEG decoder H.264 source code which improves the decoding and playback performance of the mobile client player.Finally,the test environment is set up,and the system is tested and the results is analyzed on the China Telecom 4G wireless network and millet smart phone.The results show that the multiple streaming media server can share the pressure of burst access,a single streaming server can also support multiple video signals,which achieves a real-time,smooth,complete video viewing,while the system packet loss rate,transmission delay and decoding delay have been improved,which achieves the design requirements of the project.At present,this system has been successfully applied in the thirtieth Research Institute of China Electronic Science and technology group and the Jiangmen Public Security Bureau video surveillance system.
