Due to the complicated working condition and environment influence ofAlumina rotary kiln in the process of production, it is difficult to control itsquality. as a measure of the alumina sintering zone temperature one of the mosteffective index in the quality of many indexes, the temperature measurement hasbeen widely used in alumina production.Temperature of burning zone is hard to measure in contact therm,whichaffected by Rotating of equipment and distance impact of these factors ofproduction. Traditional way of measuring temperature is more than with "artificialfire" for alumina burning zone temperature, it is difficult to avoid the interferenceby human factors, experience, innovation environment.at that time, people are theimportant factors that affect precision of temperature measurement.meanwhile,point in the non-contact thermometer can avoid man-made influence on temperaturemeasurement accuracy, however, point in the measured temperature not only is hardto avoid the influence of random error, but also do not represent the averagetemperature in the whole zone area. In response to these shortcomings thermometer,this paper aims to use digital image processing techniques to extract informationfeatures images of primary color components, and integrated thermal radiation andthe basic principles of the CCD camera and imaging principle of coupling charge,having an effective measure temperature methods.This article was first based on the basic principles of temperature measuringmethod of High temperature thermal radiator,combined with the nature of CCDimaging and cameras,, calibration of the CCD camera CCD response coefficientsof thermal radiation thermometry systemthrough on-site calibration of test.baseingon the obtained image noise irregularities,it using the improved filtering window toeffectively filter out noise.Then,according to the spatial location characteristics ofburning zone area and fire area, it can get the two parts containing backgroundregion.Finally, burning zone area and fire area without background region wereobtained by the gray values significant differences of them. CCD temperature measurement system has been average temperature values in the image of thespecific target area.Using of multiple image verification acquisition burning zone, temperatureerror band region are obtained in a controlled range. Finally, combinedthe actualsituation, the process are Dynamic simulation.
