"Triple play" is a typical manifestation of the gradual integration of technology and standards,which broke the previous broadcasting in the content delivery,telecom broadband operators in their respective areas of monopoly,clear into each criterion,plays an important role in promoting China's broadcasting market development,technology promotion.H radio and television network company is an important participant in the market,but the company still does not fully meet the challenges of this model still exist,including management can not keep up,the network is not uniform,without sufficient market experience and other issues.Therefore,to take effective measures to solve these problems,in order to adapt to the rapid and changeable market,become the key problem that the company needs to solve.This paper firstly summarizes the research background,and Research on the topic core meaning,and explains the key concepts and features of the important theory of enterprise development strategic planning,strategic management,and provide theoretical support for the research,and then to H broadcasting company as the object,a profound analysis of H broadcasting company development strategy and strategy the management and the strategic choice of the company competitiveness and market conditions.With the help of PEST seriously analyzed the macro market environment and internal environment for the development of the company,and further combined with the specific situation of H broadcasting company,describes the market competition performance and internal resources advantages and disadvantages,and determined for this development strategy provides an indispensable basis guarantee.Finally,using AHP method to analyze the influence factors of the current weight of H radio and television network company development process;priority development strategy of H radio and television network company and then use QMSP method for the arrangement,selected for its current priority development strategy.And according to the development strategy put forward corresponding strategic implementation safeguard measures.Through the study of this paper can be seen,(1)the H radio and television network company in the development process of external environment: national policy on broadcasting firm support,user consumption ability,industry high barriers to entry,digital cable television network integration and other aspects of the opportunity,but also face increasing,the homogenization of competition in telecommunications broadcasting users are not accustomed to TV,telecom companies need to pay IPTV,Internet TV and other threats.(2)the H radio and television network company in the development process of the internal environment: has good economic benefits,strong technical strength and good reputation,with sufficient human resources and other advantages;company network digital,bidirectional low degree of adverse future development,the company foundation is weak,low efficiency,heavy burden,the funding gap in the quality of company employees,customer service level,per capita output should be improved in aspects such as the disadvantages.(3)based on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of H broadcasting network company,this paper uses AHP method and QSPM model to provide the analysis basis for the development strategy selection of H broadcast and television network company.According to the calculation results,we can see that SO1 business innovation strategy,improve market share ranked first,so this strategy as the H radio and television network company's primary strategy for the future development.(4)4 from the aspects of digital interactive television business innovation,integrated business model innovation,marketing innovation,business management and service innovation to introduce innovation strategy of H radio and television network company of the specific implementation measures and suggestions.(5)in the implementation of the above strategy,it also needs the core technology ability promotion strategy,the core staff ability promotion strategy and other related safeguard measures.These safeguards can help H broadcast and television network companies to better analyze the internal and external environment of enterprise development,identify competitive advantages,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise market,improve economic efficiency.
