Study On Risk Management Of Book Publishing Project

Book publishing industry belongs to the cultural and creative industries,and is a new growth point for the healthy and stable development of the national economy.In the globalization,information and cultural system reform,the book publishing industry is facing a greater risk.Although domestic and international risk management theory is widely used in the field of Finance and securities,the general project risk management in daily life is in blank condition.This paper studies the risk management of the library and the research scope of the project risk management.This article uses the literature analysis method,model analysis,field research method and case study method of book publishing project risk management has conducted the thorough research,and innovation of the value chain of the three value links,namely the planning chain,argumentation chains and implementation of chain and the book publishing activities of the project value of integration,building from the perspective of the value chain,book publishing project risk management is the main frame,it is concluded that the conclusion of the study are as follows: first,the theory of value chain of book publishing project risk management research has a strong theoretical and practical significance.Second,the use of value chain theory to explore China's book publishing project risk management and the existent main problems in book publishing project risk management consciousness weak,organization system should be perfected;book publishing projects,the "three of" the great chain of risk management present situation problems;book publishing project of the "big four" risk management there are varying degrees of vulnerability.Third,construction of book publishing project risk management framework,book publishing project value chain of all risk factors analysis,the basic factors,internal environment,process factor,goal setting and risk identification,assessment and response,security elements--control activities,information and communication and monitoring constructed based on book publishing project value link of the whole process risk management.Fourth,this book publishing strategies of project risk management,risk management strategy planning chain in the book publishing project to highlight the advantages,direction and scope,clear selection to enhance learning,pay more attention to the training of project staff,the implementation of the three planning,implementation planning editor access system,the establishment of subject planning database;in the risk management strategy of book publishing project chain,to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism,the selection of suitable reasoning and decision-making personnel,clear and specific requirements for planning topics,reform planning editor evaluation system;in the book publishing project implementation chain risk management strategies,to promote the implementation of target management,optimize the selection of books.Pay close attention to the implementation of the risk management activities of the key value chain,pay attention to the book production cost management and accounting,establish a high quality team and author Resources,reasonably determine the first printing of books.
