Mobile Wireless Multimedia Access Gateway Project Control Study

This paper mainly studies the project schedule management of mobile wireless multimedia security access project by using the method of project schedule management and analysis tools.Firstly,it analyzes the resource allocation and task unit of information security access project,and uses WBS to decompose the project work.Through the Gantt chart tool introduced project schedule,project critical path method and earned value analysis method,compared with the deviation of the progress of the project plan and the actual schedule,Put forward the solution and reason.Based on the communication security access project product demand is changeable,high security level requirements,Through the tracking and task decomposition of mobile wireless multimedia security access gateway,application of project management tools to analyze the project schedule deviation problem,summarize and extract detailed project and resource allocation technology improvement program.Through the process of the project during the time of exposure bias problem,combined with the school project schedule control theory analysis,aimed at creating a viable control procedures in order to address information security project actual project management,and information security as a future reference project for the development of enterprises of great significance.
