At present,intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.As an important component of intelligent manufacturing,industrial robots have been widely used.However,because industrial robots are a new application technology,many enterprises have serious shortage of professional technical personnel for industrial robots,especially for front-line maintenance operators.Secondary vocational school is to see the demand have opened the relevant professional,but because of secondary vocational students knowledge base is weak,and professional expertise needed for industrial robots and mutual connection and more closely,coupled with the school course system is not perfect,make develop professional and technical personnel have been disappointing.In order to effectively solve the problem,in view of the secondary vocational students,practical design,and construction can accept ability and learning ability and knowledge of secondary vocational students of corresponding professional education teaching system is particularly important and urgent.In order to explore and solve the problems in the education teaching system on the industrial robot,this research combined with the domestic and foreign research present situation,the technical post demand analysis and the present situation of school education,to determine the personnel training objectives and training mode,through the comparison and analysis of the existing secondary industrial robots shortcomings existing in the professional curriculum system construction,combining the resources of the secondary vocational schools existing professional direction,the method of the major curriculum system for the more realistic course system design,the course system design in detail to each semester curriculum arrangement,the number of the class hour of each course,strive to make the course system designed to be more reasonable and scientific,In order to make the professional training target more outstanding,the implementation is more convenient.At the same time,this study also discusses the teaching method of education for industrial robot,and the teaching method is suitable for different course classification selection.The education teaching course system,which is combined with the theory and practice,is expected to make a contribution to the training of professional talents in the vocational school of Guizhou.
