Industrial Robot is a kind of mechanical device which implements various functions by self-energy and control ability. Along with the development and application of Industrial Robot, China has become the second large application market around the world. The application of Industrial Robot contributed in boosting China's transforming of manufacture and enhance the core competition of industry. By contrary, the personnel training of the Industrial Robot fall behind the development of the market. After realization of the situation, China's vocational education has strengthen relative majors construction, but integration case of Industrial Robot meets the demand of vocational colleges are barely exist, the development of teaching devices has become a problem and obstacle of the major.The aim of this thesis is using literature survey, experience summary, comprehensive application of industrial robot technology, PLC technology, HMI technology, industrial field bus technology, pneumatic technology and system integration technology, description study and systematic scientific method to study the problem in solving training system integration design of the Industrial Robot, in order to supply theory and method for teaching.In the progress, study the relative teaching material and enterprises survey results of Industrial Robot first, to understand and analyze the working tasks of the industrial robot training teaching system gradually, that is to solve the problems and to achieve the requirements of the system integration design. Decomposing industrial robot training center as a large system into base training platform and typical application training platform, that two small system, selected the technology and equipment of the industrial robot training center training platform, determine the basic shape, to solve what actuator should be chose. Then put forward the basic principles, ideas and attention when designing the integration of industrial robot, confirm the specific type of industrial robot for each training platform, and skip the discussion of the process software. And then put forward the basic principal of the designing and type selecting of outer control system, confirm the system designing, especially the industrial spot general lines, by integrated consideration of task and work devices. Complete the whole system integration design by specific select for controlling equipment, and the two subsystems are simulated to verify the design.This paper focuses on the research of the idea and method of the integrated design of the application system of the industrial robot used in teaching. Hoping can provide some reference and reflection on the development of the teaching system for colleges and universities.
