With the "Made in China 2025" presented, industrial robot application system, as a core part of intelligent production, the advantages and effect of it have become more and more obvious in the rapid development of the manufacturing intelligent and networking. Due to the cost of capital, resources and other conditions, the manufacturing enterprises and universities have been greatly constrained when designing a robot production line and training hightechnology complex personnel, and the promotion and application of industrial robot technology is restricted. The introduction of virtual reality technology in robotic application system, which makes product design HMI more natural and grasps the whole process of new product development, improves the success rate of product design and shortens the research period, reduces production costs and improves product quality. Therefore, this paper aims to design a visualization simulation training platform of actual production and robot training for the manufacturing enterprises and universities.Firstly, according to the actual application requirements, created the 3D component model library in the software platform, completed the 3D models package such as grinding machine, packaging machines, programming of the robot, the virtual PLC programming control, drag and drop to select component models, plug and play to quickly build up the automated production lines; then after the design of industrial robot training project, the user can finish the robot trajectory planning, motion control, PLC programming training and simulation. Finishing the design of digital factory simulation training case, through the actual production process and production layout. And improve the design of cases combined with statistical analysis. Finally, the platform can direct the manufacturer or universities to purchase appropriate devices by exporting equipment inventory and equipment assembly drawings, and to build up the automated production lines and robot training platform.In this paper, according to the industrial robot applications in automated production lines, to build up a virtual visual factory and the design process of the entire simulation system, and the rapidity, flexibility and practicality of the simulation training platform are all taken into account. The research and simulation results show that the design of the virtual visual simulation training platform is stable and reliable, simple operation, practical and flexible expansion, to achieve in the absence of physical devices through three-dimensional modeling and simulation, verification rationality and feasibility of actual production, to provide a customized solution for digital factory output for the domestic training technical personnel, design and build research, and playing a guiding role to the application of digital production line.
