With the rapid development of industrial information technology and Internet technology,the modern industrial manufacturing is making great strides in the direction of unmanned and intelligent.It is very important for safe production to master the operation condition of production equipment such as industrial site execution device.The harsh environment of the industrial field,the complexity of the deployment location of the actuators and the uncertainty of the failure time seriously hinder the technicians from monitoring the running status of the actuators in the industrial site.So it is necessary to use the Internet technology to develop a remote monitoring system to realize the remote monitoring of the industrial field execution equipment.The remote monitoring system based on B/S mode designed in this paper is composed of three parts: industrial field data acquisition and transmission terminal,remote monitoring system Web service platform and technical personnel access terminal.The industrial field data acquisition and transmission terminal will collect the operational data of the pneumatic industrial production site and upload the data to the remote monitoring system Web service platform through the data transmission unit GPRS-DTU module for analysis and processing.The remote monitoring system Web service platform is deployed on the Tomcat server and maintains data communication with the industrial field data collection and transmission terminal,and at the same time receives the access command from the technician to access the terminal.The Web service platform design data communication and data analysis module which used to receive and parse the industrial production data uploaded by the GPRD-DTU module,use the MySQL database to store all the important business data,use the Redis database as the middle of the message transmission between different modules of the system,and integrate Stmts2,Spring and Hibernate three frameworks to develop Web services module on Tomcat server.On this basis,this paper designs and develops Web web site based on browser platform and mobile client based on Android platform for monitoring technical personne to view the running data of the execution device,which is used to remote monitoring of the operation status of industrial field devices.This paper first introduces the development status of remote monitoring system based on B/S mode and the application status of remote monitoring system based on Android operating platform.Secondly,it designs the overall architecture of the remote monitoring system based on B/S model and studies the key technologies involved in the system.Thirdly,it particularly introduces the hardware and software design of the data transmission unit GPRS-DTU module,and the design and implementation of each function module of the terminal of the Web service platform and technical personnel access.Finally,it designs a test scheme for testing the overall function of the system,summarizes the work completed in this paper,and proposes suggestions for the next improvement and upgrading of the system.
