With the developing of the mobile terminal especially the Android market,smart phones are used in remote monitoring.At present,the remote monitoring systems based on the android platform are widely used,such as the aquaculture monitoring,marine water quality monitoring,bridge data monitoring,etc.This topic is based on the Android platform of remote monitoring system,and applies it in hydro-refining training device.Hydro-refining is a significant part of the petroleum refining processes,traditional hydro-refining monitoring systems are running on the PC,the field staff can only be fixed in the central control room monitoring.The topic of this article shows that the hydro-refining remote monitoring system is developed,basing on the Android platform,and the basis of the development is hydro-refining HSE practical training facility.Through wireless transmission technology to achieve related data in the hydro-refining process of remote monitoring,and it liberates the field staff and improves production efficiency on the basis of production safety.The main work of this article is as follows:Firstly,based on the demand analysis of the system,given the overall design framework of the hydro-refining remote monitoring system based on the Android platform.Secondly,it expounds the knowledge of hydro-refining platform and the technology of network communication which is involved in the system.The process and equipment of hydro-refining are introduced in detail,moreover,it introduces the Servlet technology and network communication protocol which are used to implement the connection between client and server.Next,in combination with the remote monitoring demand of hydro-refining process,the main functions of mobile phone client and server in this system are clarified.In addition,completing the design and development of the database,server side and client side in this system.Finally,the capability of the remote monitoring system is tested in an infinite LAN,including functional test and data accuraty test.Analyzing test result to prove this design is available.This article completed the designing and development work about Android client and database server side.What is more,it implemented the login,registration,process monitoring,data query,the background and alarm messages,and other functions.And it was verified the effectiveness of the system through being checked by practice,providing a reference for the development of remote monitoring based on the Android platform.
