Mobile video monitoring not only possesses traditional monitoring function, but also has the mobility and real-time, by which users can monitor anywhere to meet the diverse needs of users. Digitization, networking, intellectualization are the development direction of video monitoring technology.This topic is an important part of "remote control system of Dalian Toshiba TV signal transmitter". A solution to remote monitoring system based on the Android mobile device is proposed. The system is divided into three subsystems including Android mobile device system, server system and monitoring view system. Android mobile device is in charge of collecting video and geographic information. The encoded H.264 real-time video data were sent after Media Stream Protocol to the server to store and decode, and the monitor view system completed video playback, video management and auxiliary controlIn this thesis, the advantages of real-time video data transmission based on RTP/RTCP protocol were analyzed, and the RTP packets of the H.264 video data was achieved, and the transmission and receivement of H.264 video data were completed. The analysis of H.264 video coding standard was made, and the H.264 decoder in the FFmpeg was taken as a prototype to be cut and optimized. The H.264 core decoder was extracted, compiled and transplanted to JAVA platform to complete decoding and play of video data. |
