Design And Implementation Of Integrated Duty Management System Of State Grid Corporation

With the popularity of office automation and increasingly obvious advantages,the national Power Grid Corp also need to design and implement a set of duty management system.The company duty duty duty complex,including daily communications,conference management,duty checks,teaching investigation and emergency disposal of multiple tasks,on duty personnel duty information system service capability,resource sharing and integration has put forward higher requirements.Through the construction of the duty system,it can meet the requirements of the platform of the work platform,the high quality of the duty team and the first class administrative duty system of the service support lean.In this paper,we mainly rely on the duty service of the China State Grid Corp's main duty room,and build a set of platform based framework for service oriented architecture.It contains six modules: The first one is on duty management communication equipment for unified management,to build an integrated cooperative duty dispatching system,provided such as audio call,set up a meeting by pressing a button;The second one is to adopt a new guided disposal plan,library of plan is flexible,can add and delete event plans at any time,with the means of time axis real time recording the disposal process;The third one is the construction of a unified meeting room management system,realize the whole system meeting room resources centralized management and scientific deployment,including meeting room reservation,meeting notice,conference service,query statistics and other functions;The forth one is to provide the duty room checks,including setting the random questions,check calendar settings,make check scores and other functions;The fifth one is the function of personnel training,can flexibly add training courses and training materials to added courses;The last one is panorama function,combine the company of the existing data information visualization,more intuitive image.This platform uses Eclipse to carry on the development,using JDK environment,using MVC Hibernate,Spring,Spring framework,Maven to carry on the project management.In this paper,the use of class outlook calendar algorithm and random data sampling,to solve the problem of daily random checks and random sampling.The data transfer between XML data and OA system was studied.In the unified user and authority of OA system,the SSO single sign on and early warning technology are used.In this paper,based on the underlying data analysis,need the support of a Bi,series plan nodes and events,through the association algorithm and segmentation algorithm,accurately record and record the event extraction,used to help the on duty staff to quickly locate event node information,solve problems in plan the disposal process of data analysis.On duty after the completion of the system,can play a pivotal role on the onehand,is conducive to the promotion of the total duty room to develop a unified and standardized duty business system,realize the information needs of the office;on the other hand,the State Grid Corporation of the duty room as a pilot unit,the subsequent extension of promotion to the national Power Grid Corp,to form two level distribution,the size of the platform a centralized.
