With the development of the information society,the number of meeting rooms as a place for formal communication has gradually increased.The emergence of an informationized meeting room management system is to solve the problem of difficult management of meeting rooms,to reduce human management costs and simplify meeting reservations and other processes.However,the current meeting room management system only processes informationized data and cannot effectively restore the meeting process.With the development of A/V technology,multimedia technology has been fully integrated into our lives,and videos and pictures can highly restore scenes.This article uses audio and video stream processing technology to automatically record and save each meeting in order to give viewers the most intuitive experience in subsequent review,sharing and promotion.Real-time localization of indoor sound sources and camera angle control at a 3D level through a small microphone array,allowing participants to devote themselves to the meeting,making the meeting space more humane and intelligent.At the same time,this paper builds a meeting room management system to provide meeting room management,meeting reservation and approval,monitoring management and other functions,forming a more complete meeting room management platform.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the Web system based on audio and video streams,the overall architecture of hardware and software is analyzed and designed.Use the front-end and back-end separation development model,the back-end uses a micro-service architecture,and provides a micro-service governance module.(2)Aiming at the problem of low real-time performance of the SRP-PHAT-SSC algorithm,an improved algorithm combined with the TDOA algorithm is proposed.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has improved real-time performance and robustness in 3D positioning.Due to the low signal-to-noise ratio in the actual meeting room scene and the error caused by the inaccurate microphone position,the processing flow of the positioning calculation was improved,and verification was done in the actual scene.(3)In view of the problem that the number of camera connections is very small and the RTSP video stream is not easy to play on the web-side,the original streaming media transmission protocol of the camera was transcoded,and the RTMP protocol was used for transmission,and a lightweight streaming media server was selected and built.Realize the web-side live and ondemand players.The performance test and analysis of Nginx streaming media live server are carried out.(4)Analyzed the business requirements of the meeting room management system,designed and implemented the system's database and business modules,integrated hardware calls and Matlab calculations into the Web system,completed the Web-side development and server deployment,and performed performance tests.The research results show that the hardware architecture design in this paper can meet the sound source location and automatic recording in a single meeting room;the improved location calculation improves the robustness,real-time and accuracy of the SRP-PHAT-SSC algorithm;when the number of concurrent connections of the streaming media server is 809,the connection status can be maintained stably,and data can still be sent and received stably after 75 minutes,and the software system can maintain stability and speed with 1000 concurrent connections.Access;Through systematic business analysis,the convenience of the system of this article is demonstrated,which can save the management cost of the meeting room to a certain extent.
