This paper describes the main problems to be solved for the system being to achieve; Focuses on the objectives, design principles, system architecture and system function modules of the system; Through analyzing the current situation of the existing computer networking technology and conference management, posing the conference management system to resolve mode; At the same time going on a research through based on J2EE development platform for the Web services technology, puts forward effective solutions to the meeting management system.The system realizes the whole function of the meeting management and tracks the flow from the participant's registration management to the system state. Achieved for the participants, conference information, hotel arrangements, attending the meeting work management of the unit; Through the personnel management, hotel arrangement, receive arrange, emergency treatment manages the system function; Through the data sending it can complete information management function of meeting; And using the state tracking, and other functions to send text messages to complete system maintenance.
