The competition among enterprises gradually from end to end product consumption changes,and marketing and management strategies have been changed,enterprises pay more attention to customer experience and experience,the customer as to maximize profits and gain market success factors.Therefore,enterprises should be based on the actual market through a variety of ways to get to know the needs of customers,improve customer demand to achieve revenue,only this can be forever.Under this background,how to find their target customers,how to mobilize enterprise resources efficiently to the customer resource acquisition and transformation,and how to provide customers with quality products and thoughtful services has become an important direction to improve the management of enterprises.A business insurance customer CRM system based on this design,strictly according to the software engineering development process,combined with the actual management practices of insurance companies,firstly,through the actual investigation and analysis,elaborated the domestic and foreign CRM research status,research background and research the reason and essence and the frame of the thesis briefly then,technology involved in the development of the system are introduced,including J2 EE technology,database technology and CRM theory,then the function need analysis and effect analysis of insurance customers need CRM system,at the same time the insurance customer CRM system are all planning framework and database planning,and then set up the encoding the performance of the system module and database in detail,Including CRM customer management functions,sales management functions,analysis of decision-making management functions and assist in the completion of the operation of the system,etc..Finally,the performance of the CRM system was tested,and the results of the test were analyzed.Through the concrete analysis and Research on the insurance customer CRM system,can ensure that the insurance company to establish a perfect and effective channel of communication with customers,can improve their ability of customer services to maximize,and promote their overall competitiveness and enhance marketing capabilities;in addition,also carry out scientific analysis for the different customers information,provide support and basis of the enterprise will make plans and decisions.
