The Design And Implementation Of XX Township Government Office Automation System

With the improvement of the country’s attention to rural work,the government needs to solve problems for the people is increasing,and now most of the township government office automation system is still not perfect,some remote areas and even in the full paper state.But simply rely on human labor to solve the problem,is far unable to keep up with the pace of the times,so,township authorities on the demand for office system has become increasingly prominent.A highly efficient,convenient and functional information office automation system is a powerful guarantee to improve the work efficiency of township authorities,it can form an independent,systematic,perfect and powerful information management,improve the work efficiency of the relevant office staff,create a better environment for the people and services,and promote the effective and stable government work.Under this background,this paper uses the idea of software engineering to deeply think about the problem,and explains in detail the key technology,requirement analysis,architecture design and system realization of the system.First,through the investigation and asked the relevant personnel,and carried out a detailed analysis of the demand from the needs of the business office habits,functional characteristics,mainly focused on between the upper and lower official approval,decision-making,information transfer,assignment,news release,public policy,office staff,reminder,fill in the personal schedule arrangement;Secondly,based on the business requirements,the system architecture is designed based on B/S(Browser/Server)structure,which is divided into three parts: data persistence layer,business logic layer and presentation layer.Finally,we build system server with Mybatis SpringMVC framework and MySQL database.And we use Activiti work flow engine to implete procedures and use Websocket Technology to achieve real-time message alerts.In addition,through the Maven project management tools to implete the project relies on management,construction management and information management,making the project development efficient and convenient.In this paper,the OA system designed by the township government for the target customers,can simplify the process of the approval process between the work,to ensure the timeliness of news alerts.This has provided a strong guarantee to promote effective and stable government work.And as an example,it has accelerated the township government office network,paperless process.
