Based On J2ee Framework, General Examination And Approval Management System

Examination and approval was a routine business process for a modern enterprise. Different business areas had different requirements for examination and approval. In the management of an enterprise, there were huge amounts of applications in everyday work that were waiting for approvals by superiors. The dispersion of staff and the complexity of approval process were always reducing the efficiency of working. With the popularity of electronic office, enterprises were looking for a internet-based professional examination and approval management system, which would solve the problem by normalizing the management process and increasing the efficiency of working.Based on the above, this paper proposed a B/S-structured General Examination and Approval Management System for large stated-owned banks, who were suffering from multi-area examination and approval requirements, complex approval processes, and various users and roles. This system provided dynamic and agile configuration mechanism for users/roles setting, application content design and approval process deployment. This could be applied for various scenarios. The General Examination and Approval Management System was a centralized platform for managing examination and approval processes in an enterprise. In the meantime, it was also a practical and configurable framework for building and examination and approval system. Users can rapidly construct various examination and approval systems based on its construction mechanisms of approval content and process. This paper introduced the development technologies used for this system, gave a detailed analysis of the software requirements. Then it provided the implementation framework and the database design of the system. It also explained the implementation mechanism of some critical configuration. In the last part, some instances of examination and approval systems were proposed, which are built through the general framework.
