The current our country is in the key stage of reform and development,innovation personnel training mode,comprehensively promote quality education,realize the education balanced development,such as have been mentioned prominently.Traditional mode of education need to standardization,network transformation."Internet +" model has begun to application in the field of education,teachers well network study platform is built based on the Internet,an important role in promoting quality education as a whole.In order to achieve their resources sharing,offline teaching research,this study design and build the integrated teaching,scientific research management functions such as well as the teachers' academic platform of network.This study first of all,from the four major business functions and the Angle of seven management functions of information management system requirements analysis;Then,with the aid of J2 EE development specification to design of system,the information management system is divided into the local network teaching platform,teachers personal working platform two sub-platform,and made the detail design.In the whole structure design on the basis of the framework and core functions,realizes the various teaching seminars,exhibition and education based on network training.Also studied the SOA technology in the application of the system,studies the basic theory of multilayer distributed object architecture,research teaching resources based on the technology of XML processing,research network study platform security mechanism construction.Finally,application of white box and black box testing in two ways,results show that the system has high real-time performance,integrity and accuracy,and meet the design requirements.Well as the establishment of the teachers' academic platform of network,which is beneficial to improve the level of teachers' teaching,outstanding resource sharing,online teaching and online training purposes,such as construction of normalized,comprehensive network training mechanism,meet the fangshan district curriculum reform,teaching reform,transformation of the mode of teaching,improve the efficiency of teaching and research work of business requirements,building on a permanent basis,a comprehensive network training mechanism.
