It's believed that Object-Oriented and Component-Based software development is the most efficient and qualitative way to improve software quality, especially for distributed software. However, as the development of software technology, especially as the appearance of Web services, a new software development technology which called SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is proposed and widely used. SOA is standard-based, flexible, loosely-coupled, because of all these excellent characteristics, SOA will lead to the reformation of current IT architecture.First, the disadvantages of traditional technologies of system integration and implementing is analyzed in this thesis. Web Services is based on standard distributed communication technology. It is independent of Operating System and specific programming language. It supplies the co-operation platform for distributed system under heterogeneous environment. After the brief introduction of SOA, this dissertation presents the rules for SOA modeling and the procedure of service modeling. Later in this paper, a four-layered EAI architecture is described in detail. The core of this architecture is to divide current information system into several services according to SOA principle and all sub-services are well encapsulated by WSDL. All these sub-services can be assembled by BPEL to form different work-flows so that the management can be more flexible.According to the current condition of Kangding Normal College, a implementing stratagem based on the above technology has been proposed to integrate the chief parts of current management system. All related information on the stratagem are presented.
