Based Asp.net University Teachers Information Service Platform

Office automation of college teachers is the basis and important target to achieve information management of the college, under the premise of campus size increasing and the physical distance between universities and department become wide. It becomes a very necessary and urgent task to establish a college information service platform. for college teachers, notice and other information can be passed to each staff through this platform, give full management functions to the various offices, departmental, to achieve office automation and paperless online as well as a conditional data information sharing. Data sharing to reduce a large number of duplication work to maintain the data from various functional departments. To mobilize all worker of various offices jointly safeguard the information, which will arrange heavy maintenance work to the relevant offices, and greatly improves the efficiency of information maintenance to some extent.In this paper, on the status of teaching and the work process of teacher in Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we summed up a special work activities flow for the college teacher according to school special circumstances through analysis organizational structure of various offices and management needs in the teaching management. To realize the system module, we use Visual Studio.NET2005, and MS SQL Server 2000 database management system, and integrate them to develop this application in the system implementation. We eventually developed a web applications based on B/S model which has a clear three-tier structure (including the presentation layer, logic layer and data access layer). On the realization of the system, we uses a variety of advanced technologies, such as the use of AJAX technology to achieve a partial update of the page, and no flicker effect; the use of use stored procedures to realize data manipulation and storage; the use of CSS to overall page layout and Jscript to achieve the logical judgments and the authentication or prompt. To more directly show the effect of running,some examples of features into the corresponding screenshots,and added a system test ideas and methodsFinally, this paper exploring a number of security issues involved in the system, also made the corresponding observations about the concurrency of data, and provides the basis for the expansion and improved performance of system for the future.
