In resent years, due to the information technology used in basic education, there have developed of a large number of resources for basic education in the teaching. Provide support for teaching, to promote the teaching effectiveness of teachers, improve their work efficiency and learning consequent of students. However, most schools are construction the resources independently, thus forming "information island". On the one hand, there is no full use of these educational resources; on the other hand, also affect the educational equality. With the development of information technology in education, play the value of the educational resources which had been building, promote the exchanges and sharing of school or regional, solve the problem of educational equity has become a major direction of resources building.The research of sharing of resources can provide better resources services of education for teacher and student, is of great significance to improve teaching effectiveness, reducing the gap between schools or regions in education levels, and promote information technology in education process. Through the construction of resource management and sharing platform of basic education, could provide a unified management platform for content of the resource of the development, store and share. Can connect with the educational resources website of national, exchange with schools in the region, and also could connect with other regional resources, to achieve intent of interoperability within the region.Through the platforms of basic education of the region, can provide a lot of basic education information resources for teachers and students, and support a variety of teaching and learning applications. To achieve the following objectives: 1) teachers use the resources and services can preparation, collective classes, and support classroom teaching; 2) Students can use the resources and services on the platform, for the preview before class, after-school review, develop interest in learning, improve self-learning ability, and view the personal information.Due to the resources sharing platform is directly for the school teachers and students or basic education, so requires the system can support high-concurrency situation. To build the overall architecture, we use the multi-level distribution network for distributed content storage mechanism, for the content storage, content load balancing, content distribution, content management and other functions. In addition, in order to solve the scalability of the platform, and better use of the district and school legacy systems, We adopted Service-oriented architecture (SOA) to build the sharing support platform of basic education. Ensure the software architecture of system is more flexible, not only can take the various functional of the system of regions and school integration to the new platforms. And in the future, can adaptive the requirements change, which can easily add functional components and services to the platform. To ensure the compatibility, maintainability and scalability of the system, and to provide users with better service while reducing overall development costs and maintenance costs.
