At present,with the continuous advancement of medical technology.Major hospitals at home and abroad for the growing demand for medical equipment,the demand for medical test tubes also soared,but traditional medical tube production line redundant manual too annoying low efficiency and can not guarantee the cleanliness of the test tube.Domestic and foreign manufacturers of medical test tubes in a test tube shaping aspects have been fully automated,but in laying test tube are still rely on the original hand-stacked.The design plan of the control system for the laying tube machine in this topic is proposed for this issue,designed to automate the placement of medical test tubes.The design is based on a PLC control system adapted to small stand-alone devices.The laying tube machine control system designed by this project mainly includes: Servo movement and positioning unit implementation,I/O signal configuration design,CC-Link communication unit designed to achieve,PLC programming language and PRO-FACE interface design.The CPU,Position module and CC-Link master station in this control system are Mitsubishi Group's Q series products.Due to the high speed processing of CPU,multiple communication methods compatible,positioning module quick start and Easy to maintain and other features,therefore,the efficiency of programming and debugging has improved and motion control unit is easier to implement.This article adopts graphic and textual methods,detailed description of the process flow,main mechanical design,electrical hardware selection,electrical schematic design and implementation,PLC software design and other research and development process of the laying tube machine.Summarize the problems that occurred during on-site commissioning and the final operation of the laying tube machine.
