With the development of computer technology, PLC and touch screen technology, more and more modern automobile manufacturing enterprises are conducting the simple treatment and processing of the complex work procedures with the centralized-control system. In the daily work, the centralized-control system can offer great convenience for our production and can play a remarkable role in promoting the production efficiency and improving the safety index.The research on centralized oil supply system is mainly aimed at the rapid development in domestic auto industry. To meet the market demand, all manufacturers are expanding their capacity to different degrees, especially some heavy-duty automobile manufactures. Since the fuel tank capacity of heavy-duty machinery is often very large and the refueling time is too long. Under the circumstance of mass production, the original independent oil refueling methods can no longer meet the needs for Tatk Time. Besides, the increasing types of heavy-duty machinery put forward different requirements for the varieties and specifications of oil products. With increasing production lines and refueling points, the setting of refueling stations along the bus requires configuring the oil stations separately. The added oil stations not only occupy a larger area, but also hinder the supply of oil products and safety management. The centralized oil supply system designed in this paper is made up of effluent oil gathering, filtering, transferring and refueling systems, including the effluent oil tank, clean oil tank, transfer pump, filter system, control system, pipelines, etc. The control system is composed of control cabinet, button box, air source processing unit, liquid level display and control system, etc.This article, through the application of programmable logic controller and touch screen technology in centralized control system, makes a significant improvement on the stability of the whole system to reduce the complexity of on-site operation for operators, as well as data security and other aspects. Therein, the control system is the pivot of the whole oil supply system. The plunger pump also refuels the terminal tank. It is capable of detecting system failures and giving feedbacks. This paper makes some innovations in effluent oil recovery, liquid level control and refueling calibration, etc., through the various parameters during operating process displayed on the touch screen and made remarkable modifications in the gathering of effluent oil, the working condition of oil filter and the parameter setting of refueling machine along the bus in particular.
