Along with aggravation increasingly of pollution from plastic wastes, it is difficult problem for each factory to look for urgently substitute which replace current performance of plastic bags and do not result in pollution from plastic wastes. Just about such background, people are just put forth effort in the development of green packing industry which main stream is paper packing. Although product line of paper and yarn compounding bag-making machine has come into the market for a period of time, each electricity control of bag-making machine hasn't been studied and exploited systematically, many controls still stick on separate foundation of electric relay and contactor, the yielding speed, accuracy and automation degree is all lower. In order to exaltation for quality of product and economic benefit, satisfying with request of each layer client, it has profound meaning to research and exploit the full-automatic product line of paper and yarn compounding bag-making machine based on PLC.This paper researches and exploits the full-automatic product line of paper and yarn compounding bag-making machine based on PLC. Commencing from mechanical structure of it, analyze the bag-making craft and carrying out process. In the foundation going deeply into analysis investigation, Finds out reasons of exist much problems in equipment movement process, such as: how to control the temperature of glue groove, how to control correspond relation between bag walking speed and cutting speed, how to simplify operation craft and how to carry out volume-production and so on. Reforms and designs fire-new control system to bag-making machine. In the mechanical design, mainly improve structure and transmission line of the shear knife, separately driving by the servo motor. In the hardware circuit, taking a position control module, realize the coordination control between the shear knife and the move bag by PLC for the control core. Whole hardware design of circuit arrangement includes strong electricity principle, control circuit of input and output signal and servo interface circuit etc. At the end, States in detail realizing principle of servo cutting coordination control, Moreover makes real-time design to the man-machine interface.The paper synthetically makes use of modern control element such as programmable controller(PLC), frequency converter, encoder and servo driver etc, and achieves the automatic production of the paper bag of yarn compounding process by a core PLC for the control, and solutes the existing problems and shortcomings of the original bag .That is to say ,the electrical motor speed of walking bag, filling yarn and coiling thread are mainly changed smoothly to control the converters to adjust and match speed by PLC . The electrical engineering of turning slice realizes the accurate fixed position by the PLC enlargement fixed position unit to control the servo electrical engineering system, and with the man-machine interface showing. Compared an original electricity control system, it is not only simplified control system and the programmable work of the customer, but also raised the accuracy, the stability, automatic degree of system. It is made the scope of the production line adapt more breadth and more wide, the vivid is higher and discarding rate is lower. It is raised the process accuracy and the product quality, bringing considerable economic performance for the enterprise, raising the market competition ability of the enterprise, satisfying the need of different customer.
